OUR STAFFOur staff has over 100 years of professional experience! 
 
Title Insurance Agents:   Title Insurance may only be issued by a licensed agent with a licensed agency.  Ozark Title Services, Inc has licensed title agents at both offices with approximatley 60 years combined experience.
 
Closing Agents:  The two Ozark Title Services, Inc offices have 3 closing agents with a combined 17 years experience preparing and conducting all types of closings.  They are prepared to provide prompt, professional and courteous service for all your closing needs.
 
Legal  Counsel:  Ozark Title Services, Inc has a licensed in-house attorney with approximately 26 years experience.  Although our in-house attorney does not give legal advice to our customers, our customers may benefit from his presence.  It is not uncommon for legal questions to arise during the search of a chain of title and our closing agents and title agents can get immediate advice and guidance rather than experiencing the delay of contacting outside legal counsel or its underwriter's legal counsel.
 
Notary Publics:  For your convenience, all of our staff members are also licensed Notary Publics.
 
 
OUR RESOURCES
 
In addition to our licensed and experienced staff members, Ozark Title Services, Inc has a title plant in each county that exceeds the minimum standards required by law.  The issuance of title insurance must be based on a 30 year search.  Therefore, many title companies have title plants (land records) that meet only those minimum standards.  However, at Ozark Title Services, Inc, we have made the investment to have land records that date back to the earliest recorded documents (U.S. Land Patents) in both Cleburne and Van Buren Counties.  For an detailed title plant definition,call one of our offices.
